One of our church members is moving back home to Jamaica. At the grand age of 83 she has decided to live out the rest of her years back home with her sister, daughter, grandchildren and other family. What an incredible life she’s led so far. She has traveled the world, lived in England, here in Florida, other parts of the US and her home country.

She never shies away from speaking about being black (as she says - never African American), about her love of Jesus, , family, friends, and children and how important it is to have a church family.

She is stunning…always dressed beautifully, always well spoken, a Christian woman through and through. I have been blessed to have her in my life for a short time. I’m going to miss her, but I’m happy that she will live in a country where she has a niece who’s a doctor to care for her, her family, and the beautiful beaches and climate.

Sometimes we know people for a short time but they can impact our lives graeatly. Lovely lady I will think of you often….God Bless You and Your Family.
