A while back I posted about my church being without a Pastor. And I totally forgot to update my blog on the good news. We have a Pastor now! He’s awesome, vivacious, so willing to get our little church to grow that he’s open to ideas of all kinds.

Last night was his Installation. The ceremony was beautiful and touching. He is a true man of God and his walk shows it. It was so nice to have his teachers, previous co-workers, family and friends tell us about him. He’s what he says he is.

My friend and I have been having some issues in finding a place for our Chronic Illness support group to meet. I talked to him about it and I was given the OK. Today I called an Elder and a Deacon who said it was fine too. So our new meeting place is my church!

The Holy Spirit has been at work with my church and with our Pastor. Now I just have to stop calling him our “new Pastor”.
