When we go to the beach Peanut and I are happy to lay around, look for seashells, go in the water and build sand castles. Hubby wants to move around though. He can’t seem to relax. Since I’m not able to be in the heat for a long time, he usually gets bored when I take off with Peanut to find something else to do. We usually go to the pool area (if we’re staying at a hotel, which most of the time we would be) or find an indoor activity.

Now hubby can go for a bike ride on the sandy beach. There are beach cruiser bikes that he’d be happy to ride because they look cool. Not your regular older person’s beach bike. These beach cruiser bikes have style.

If I was only able to ride, I’d chose a pink Hermosa Beach Cruiser. Sure brings back memories and would make me feel like a kid again with it’s flower design on the fenders. I also wish there were children’s beach bikes. I’m sure that I’d get a lot of relaxation in if Peanut and Hubby could ride together while I got a massage or pedicure. I can only dream….
