I’m A Wreck

I’m having a bad day today. I’m overdoing it again and it’s hitting me all at once. I’m having trouble staying awake so I’m just going to make this a quick post and call it a night. I slept a lot today but I did a lot too.

This morning was my church’s Chronic Illness Support Group which I had to do run by myself. It was stressful so I know that adds to me not feeling well. The group went fine though. We have such lovely and caring members and I need to not worry so much…how many times have I written that or said that?

After that I drove my Aunt home and ate lunch there. It was close to the time to pick up Peanut from school so I stayed there. I only had about 45 minutes but I went into a deep sleep. I had trouble waking up but once I did I went off to her school and got her.

When we arrived home I got her settled in and made sure she had her homework to do and of course a snack. I thought I’d just sit and watch TV never thinking that I’d fall asleep but I did again. Hubby couldn’t even wake me up.

I didn’t cook dinner like I had promised and feel guilty, another thing I need to work on but I was out of it. I woke up to a homemade dinner and time to catch the news on Super Tuesday. I also got to see American Idol. I don’t know why I watch that show. It’s annoying me a lot this year, but it’s like a train wreck that I can’t turn away from. Then again that’s exactly how I feel - a train wreck. So early bedtime tonight as it will be another busy day with Bible Study in the morning and a meeting with Peanut’s Principal. I’ll write about that another time…

Sounds like you had a really busy day. I hope you have time to rest and recharge. Maybe ask your husband for a vacation, somewhere warm and tropical.

My bible study is tomorrow also. They are indeed a great group of people, and I also always say that.

Hi found you at Mutterings - sad you’re unwell - I’m curious what did you eat for lunch, have you ever considered cutting out wheat & gluten?
