		<description>Even though you have to up your dosage of potassium, the rest of it is good news and it's fantastic that you aren't anemic!  I'm almost hesitant to get mine checked again for fear that I am!  I really need to take a multivitamin with iron but I just can't tolerate the sick feeling that goes along with it.  I'm such a wuss!

		<description>Oh, man.  I had just the opposite happen ... my potassium level was "dangerously" high.  I discovered I was eating way too many foods high in potassium.  Then I discovered that just about everything has potassium in it.  :^p

It can be very disconcerting adding another med.  Just getting up, remembering what to take and when can be daunting.  

Congrats on not being anemic!  That's huge good news.  I hope the increase in the med helps.
