It’s Hubby’s birthday today! I am so blessed to have him in my life. I love him more than words can say. He supports me, cares for me, puts up with me and is my best friend. We’ve been through some tough times together. Some men would pick up and walk out with all we’ve had to deal with. It would have been a lot easier for him. Instead he’s been by my side and always trying to cheer me on.

We’ve had some wonderful times too of course. Those times have been better because he’s been there with me. How can I ask for more?

Tonight we had a mini celebration because Hubby has a long day of work tomorrow. He has to wake up at 4:30 AM and often doesn’t get home until 5 - 6 PM. We had a nice dinner of his favorites, steak, baked potatoes and salad. Then we put some candles in cupcakes, sang Happy Birthday and gave him our gifts.

I wish I would have gotten him festool baseball cap to add to his collection, but maybe next year.
